Hello!
This week sees the preparations for two big concerts - Faure and more on Saturday and our Autumn Concert on the Tuesday following. Details of the day on 22nd November are below. They are what has been sent to parents - please mention it in every rehearsal this week.
Absences - please continue to complete the form on the right here. It is essential that we have accurate information about attendance please.
30th November - a Wednesday and possible strike action. No details are available yet of what will happen, and we will not know until a few days before. If students are not in, we will have team meetings and other activities.
GCSE recordings. These need to be completed by the end of November if at all possible. I have been speaking to the students about them, and they are aware of what is required. If you need help with this, please ask.
The keywords on the walls in your rooms are the words we are using in the curriculum lessons. They are taken from GCSE keywords, and we are working up to them during Years 7, 8 and 9. Do please use them in your lessons, so that we have the instrumental and curriculum lessons working together.
